Sprays on demand

Nowadays trendy industrial chemicals like greases, oils and other substances are sold as sprays. Wutech can make almost every kind of spray, be it grease or oil. 

Wutech offers a wide selection of sprays. Those include greases, oils, penetrants, removers and sliding substances. Wutech offers also a dry grease, anti-adhesive fluid, technical remover, sliding fluid and threading fluid.

Many of our clients prefer their chemicals as sprays. But very often mixtures or greases they use are available only in the traditional form. Wutech can offer almost every substance as spray. All the client needs to do is to deliver the “insert” – the substance they want to use as spray, and we will put it in aluminum containers. Please note that there is a small group of substances that cannot be converted to spray form (e.g. very thick greases).

After confirmation of volumes Wutech will prepare a lot for the client, along with a label and packaging. Our usual spray containers are 300, 400 and 500 ml, but we can prepare different volumes upon client’s request. We allow our clients to choose between traditional sprays, thin tube nozzle or a 360° valve that works in every position.
